Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Thai Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Pour brewed coffee that has cooled down into a blender

Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and coconut milk

Mix everything together until it's smooth

Put ice cubes in glasses

Pour the coffee mix that has been blended over the ice
