Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions:
In a large pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat

Saut until onions are soft
