Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raisins optional

Instructions:

Over medium heat, mix cooked rice and whole milk in a saucepan

Add the ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, and raisins if using and mix well

Stir the mixture often as it cooks for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until it gets thicker

Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Place the mix into popsicle molds

Put in popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take between 4 and 6 hours or overnight

Run warm water over the molds for a short time to get the popsicles out
