Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced avocado
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 12 small flour tortillas
Instructions:
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot
Cover the chicken with ranch and taco seasoning
Set the slow cooker on low and add chicken broth
Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is soft and easy to shred
Use two forks to shred the chicken
